His 2020 Gewurtztraminer is a properly dry Alsace with punchy aromatics packed with energy and minerality. The wine shows the typical notes of rosewater and lychee combined with stoned and tropical fruits. Despite these fruit salad notes, the wine feels elegant and taut.
