Domaine Carneros is located in Carneros, a small district which straddles the borders of Napa and Sonomas counties. This small area is know for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, varieties that thrive in cooler climates which naturally make some of the States' best sparkling wines. The winery is owned by Champagne Taittinger, bringing their centuries of savoir-faire to the region. The wine is aged in bottle for 3 years after disgorging making it a rounded, mature complex style.
