How does the Noble Grape Wine Club work?
It’s very simple. The Wine Club is a subscription plan where the member pays a monthly subscription starting at £30 per month after purchasing the initial case from the options of Essential (£90 per case), Classic (£120 per case) or Divine (£150 per case). Each of these cases is available in all white, all red, or a mix of red, white and the occasional rose. You can have your case delivered monthly, every other month or quarterly and you can cancel or change your plan at any time.
Can I Choose Which Wines Go Into the Case?
The choices that you have are: 1) which colour of wines you would like, 2) how much you want to spend and 3) how frequently you would like a delivery. You leave the rest of it to us, with each bottle of wine painstakingly chosen by Master of Wine Richard Ballantyne.
What Happens If I Don’t Like a Wine?
We are very happy to replace wines that you dislike, but we work very hard at choosing wines that suit most palates, and of course we have a very strict policy of only selling the very best and those that represent authenticity of style.
Can I Choose to Cancel at Any Time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, you are under no obligation to purchase further cases of wine. Any monies that have been received leaving the member's account in credit will be refunded or exchanged for goods of equivalent value.
Can I Switch Between Plans?
Yes. You can change your plan any time you like. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How Can I Pay?
The member's subscription starts when you purchase your first case with the first subscription payment being taken the month following and each month thereafter until the plan is complete, or until further notice. The initial case can be purchase online, or in-store. The subscription can be paid by Standing Order, or by Credit Card. Your credit card details will be held securely on Barclaycard’s payment server, and is not accessible by any employee of the Noble Grape team.
Are There Other Benefits?
With each case you will receive tasting notes, and when you subscribe for a minimum of three cases, you will receive a free introductory gift of a box of 4 Spiegelau Red Wine Glasses worth £14.95.
