Rathfinny 2019 Blanc de Noirs Sussex Sparkling

Rathfinny Estate is a relative newcomer to the English Sparkling Wine Scene, but they are already establishing themselves with some exceptionally high-quality wines with great pricing.

For me, the Blanc de Noirs is their best wine. This cuvee is made from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier and spends 36 months on its fine lees. This is the most vinous of their wines: textured, rich, perfumed, elegant, and complex. Indeed, this is one of the best ESW wines we have yet tasted.
