Kalimna Bin 28 is named after one of Penfold's historic Barossa Valley vineyards. Nowadays the wine is a multi-region blend, from vineyards across South Australia, and aged in used American oak casks. The wine is one of Penfold's best value wines: it can be drunk young as it has layers of beautiful black fruits and well-formed, mature tannins, but it also has depth of concentration to allow it to age for many years.
