Sibiliano is the trade name of the high quality co-operative in Sicily, Cantina Europa. They produce wines from Sicilan varieties on a large scale and, therefore, offer wines with great value. We are particularly fond of their Nero d'Avola in the reds, totally organic, and packed with rich red and black fruits, tinged with spice and vanilla.

Morellino di Scansano is a DOC on the Tuscan coast, close to the resort of Grosseto. The grape variety is Sangiovese, locally known as Morellino. The wines produced here differ from those of Chianti and the other parts of inland Tuscany. The climate on the coast is Mediterranean, and the wines are softer, warmer, and spicier than those of the other Sangiovese regions. Val delle Rose's Morellino is a delicious, savoury, black-cherry-scented red with a good body and freshness.
