Olivier Leflaive 2018 Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles
At first glance you might just miss this wine, as it is labelled as simply as 'White Burgundy', but this belies its noble origins. The vineyards for this wine are located in Meursault and Puligny Montrachet, two of the region's very best villages for Chardonnay. The resulting wine is an absolute bargain, with all the elegance and complexity of a fine White Burgundy, but at a great price for this quality. Those in the know include Harry and Meghan who used this as their Royal Wedding wine. Grab some while we still have it.

Olivier Leflaive is one of Burgundy's leading negociants with a reputation for great white wines. The business was founded in 1984 by Olivier and other member of the family business, Domaine Leflaive, to expand production to other villages where they didn't own any vines, instead working with small growers to supply grapes. Their speciality is in producing wines which reflect their terroir, to set them apart from other Chardonnays of the world. We are particularly fond of their Bourgogne Les Setilles, and the great value Montagny 1er Bonneveaux, but we will be adding further wines
