Lionel Osmin 2021 Tannat Sans Soufre

A recent discovery of ours is the great wines from South West France from Lionel Osmin, producer of some very interesting wines. This is 100% Tannat, the grape variety most famous for producing Madiran. The wine is vinified without any sulphites. The wine is deep and rich in black fruits. The tannins that are normally associated with this variety are round and soft, but no mistaking that this is a gutsy wine.
