Kleine Zalze 2022 Cellar Selection Cabernet Sauvignon

Kleine Zalze is perhaps more famous for its Chenin Blanc, but we also admire its blackcurrant and blackberry scented Cabernet from the cooler Coastal Regions. 

The wine shows hints of tobacco leaf and dried herbs, with soft, rounded tannins, which give the wine some backbone but are easy enough to drink in its youth.
