Gusbourne's 2015 Rose is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 39% Chardonnay and 1% Meunier. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks with a small portion aged in old oak barrels. The wine was put into bottle in May 2017 and spent at least 30 months on its lees before disgorment.
Gusbourne is Noble Grape's favourite producer of English Sparkling Wine; the wines are elegant and fine, but there is a fruitiness which sets it apart from its counterparts from Champagne
