Gusbourne is Noble Grape's favourite producer of English Sparkling wines. This is their blend made from the 3 classic Champagne varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Like a Vintage Champagne it spends 3 - 3.5 years on the lees making it elegant and complex but with beautiful, bright fruit

Gusbourne's 2016 Brut Reserve is made from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 33% Meunier and 27% Pinot Noir. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks with a small portion aged in old oak barrels for extra complexity. The wine was then put into bottle in April 2017 and spends at least 36 months on its lees.
