Assobio is a great-value red from Portugal's Douro Valley. It is made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz (AKA Tempranillo). The wine is primarily aged in tank for six months, with a small portion aged in French oak.
We love its brambly character with subtle spice notes, juicy and flavoursome with just the right amount of richness and tannins to make it a delicious, everyday Portuguese red.
