Who?
Chateau d'Esclans is the brainchild of Sasha Lichine who has a mission to create the world's best rosés from his estate in Cotes de Provence, aided by one of the world's greatest winemakers, Patrick Leon, formerly the head winemaker at Chateau Mouton Rothschild. He all the elements for producing great wines at his fingertips: old vines, favourable climate, technical expertise, but most importantly, the drive and passion craft exquisite wines.

Where?
The estate has 44 hectares of vineyards near the town of La Motte en Provence situated in the Gorges de Pennafort. This area is renowned for its elegant rosés, which, more often than not, surpass the quality of the white wines, and on rare exceptions, this wine included, can equal the great reds of the area.

Why?
Whispering Angel is a delicately scented wine which is almost unparalleled in the world of Rosé wines. It is made from the delicate balance of having old vines, state-of-the-art winemaking facilities and technical expertise.
