Our first, and so far, only, Georgian wine. Made from the local Saperavi grape variety. A small proportion of the wine is whole bunch fermented in qvevri - large clay amphoras - the traditional ageing vessel in this part of the world. The wine is rich and powerful with a sweetness to the fruit and powerful aromatics
